Frequently asked questions
Are there tracking details for my order?
Unless you chose the tracking upgrade on checkout, then unfortunately Australia Post does not offer a tracking number for international orders.
When should I expect my item to arrive?
If you are in the US then the standard shipping usually takes around 2 weeks (after the frame is made and posted) from Sydney Australia (unless you chose an upgrade). Sometimes, however, it can take up to 3-4 weeks.
Gift wrapping and packaging
This is available on request. I can add the words of your choice to a tag/card to be included with the item.
How will my item arrive?
It will be packaged into a cello bag and then securely wrapped using a combination of bubble wrap, air pillows, foam board support where required and brown paper.
Can I shut my earring frame with the earrings still attached?
Definitely. There is about 1/4" gap in which the earrings sit and the mesh is flexible - therefore it can be shut and used for travel or to put away in a drawer.
